    The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

    Com. Sub. for S. B. 372 --“A Bill to amend and reenact §61-5-17 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to creating a criminal offense for intentionally interfering with or preventing a person from calling for assistance of emergency service personnel; defining terms; and establishing penalties.”
